I am Mike Booth. I’m a Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Founder of Alternative Growth Solutions, and Chief Creative Officer of Barn Flag USA—but at my core, I’m a strategist, problem-solver, and growth enabler.

I created Alternative Growth Solutions (AGS10x) with a clear purpose: to empower small businesses by delivering high-quality marketing and lead generation services that fuel 10x growth. The idea came from recognizing that many small businesses struggle to compete in a fast-paced digital world due to limited resources, outdated systems, and expensive marketing options. AGS10x is designed to bridge that gap, offering cost-effective solutions that drive measurable results.
